Mr. Cuk received his B.A. from the University of Belgrade in 2004 in Mathematics and Computer Science and M.S. degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in 2007 in Disability and Human Development. He began the Ph.D. Disability Studies program in the fall of 2006 at UIC. Mr. Cuk received a diploma, "Long Term Training Course on Projects in South East Europe" from the Council of Europe. He served as the executive director of Association of Students with Disabilities of Serbia and Montenegro for 4 years. He was a founder of the Southeast European Network for Young People and Students with Disabilities. Mr. Cuk has published several articles including one in the internationally acclaimed Encyclopedia of Disability as well as a World Bank conference background paper and articles in press in the European Disability Forum's publication "Youth and Disability."
