Give. Teach. Transform.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) over 600 million people live with some type of disability, over half of these are people under 18 years of age. All over the world they are marginalized and being denied basic rights. They lack access to education, employment, and other public services. As such children and young people with disabilities overwhelmingly live in poverty and suffer from low expectations, abuse and neglect. Women and girls with disabilities face double discrimination and are discouraged from pursuing education, employment opportunities and starting their own families. These children need our help.

In response to these challenges the Victor Pineda Foundation (VPF) was created to inspire, educate and inform a global audience on the capabilities and potential of young people with disabilities. We support the Universal Declaration for Human Rights and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) by developing educational workshops and changing discriminatory institutional approaches against people with disabilities all over the globe. Join us in unlocking a world of potential, join us in making a change.
